To keep both products top of mind for customers, we introduced a fresh rotation of benefits, fun polls, and even riding tips powered by LiveClicker’s LivePoll and LiveForecast functionalities.
The results? We saw an increase in Unique Click-Through Rate and Unique Open Rate, a steady Responder to Open Rate, and even a reduction in unsubscribes over a six-month period, prompting Harley-Davidson to renew and expand their content strategy services with us.
